What this site does not do
No cookies, no analytics, no advertising pixels, no fingerprinting. Pages are static files; the server keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page) for up to 14 days for security.
Maps and security reports
Event pages show a map only after you press “Show map”; that loads OpenStreetMap, which then sees your IP address. If your browser blocks something on our pages for security reasons, it may send us an automatic report (the page address, the blocked resource and a short code snippet; our hosting provider also sees your IP address). We use these logs only to fix problems and keep them no longer than our hosting plan’s log retention (at most 30 days).
Demo submissions
When you send a demo we receive your artist name, e-mail address and the link to your music, plus your name, city and message if you add them. We use this only to listen to your demo and reply.
- The submission is delivered to our A&R inbox and our team’s private Telegram chat.
- We send you one automatic confirmation e-mail.
- Demos we don’t sign are deleted after 6 months. If we work together, we keep what’s needed for the release.
- Legal basis: your consent, given with the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, your e-mail address is stored by our newsletter provider until you unsubscribe (link in every e-mail).
Who processes data for us
- Cloudflare — hosting of the submission endpoint, uptime checks, security reports and bot protection (Turnstile).
- OpenStreetMap — maps on event pages, only when you open one.
- Resend — sending e-mails.
- Telegram — delivering submissions to our team.
- Our newsletter provider — mailing list.
Some of these providers are based outside your country (including the USA) and process data under their own data-protection terms.
